Our payment provider (Molly BV) accepts ‘American Express’, ‘Visa’ and ‘Mastercard’ payments.

In some cases the card is declined. Unfortunately, we cannot see the reason for refusal from our side.

Several reasons are possible:

  • Only cards with 3d-secure are allowed
  • You need to verify your payment with your smartphone or a key
  • Your card does not allow payments to Europe for safety reasons
  • You entered the wrong card number or CSV key

If your card is declined multiple times, try choosing PayPal as payment method.
You can use PayPal with your credit card without having a PayPal account!

If that doesn’t work either, choose bank transfer as payment method. You can transfer your payment with a unique number to the account of out payment provider. Please note that it can take up to 5-7 days for a bank transfer to arrive.
